This Privacy Policy explains how LatinoThrill.com (“LatinoThrill”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Global Relocate USA LLC, collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use our website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register and use LatinoThrill, we collect information you provide, including:

Account information: Name, email address, password, date of birth, gender
Profile information: Photos, biography, location (country and city), religion, education, occupation, relationship goals, physical attributes, and other optional profile fields
Messages: Content of messages you send and receive through our Platform
Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
Profile verification: Selfie photos you voluntarily submit for optional profile verification. When comparison is available, your submitted selfie may be compared with your profile photo to help assess whether they appear to show the same person.
Communications: Support requests, feedback, and other correspondence you send us

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Platform, we automatically collect:

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, time spent on pages
Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
Location data: Approximate location derived from your IP address; precise GPS location only if you grant permission for our proximity search feature
Cookies and similar technologies: Session cookies, login cookies, and preference cookies (see Section 7)
Log data: Server logs including access times, error logs, and referring URLs

1.3 Information From Third Parties

If you register or log in using Google, we may receive basic profile information from Google, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, subject to your Google account settings and the permissions you grant.

Process payments and manage subscriptions

Improve our Platform, features, and user experience

3. Artificial Intelligence Features

3.1 How We Use AI

LatinoThrill uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power certain features including profile suggestions, icebreaker messages, reply recommendations, compatibility scoring, scam detection, content moderation, translation, and our AI Dating Coach. These features are designed to improve your experience on the Platform.

3.2 Data Processed by AI

To provide AI-powered features, certain information from your profile — including your bio, age, gender, location, interests, relationship goals, and in some cases message content you voluntarily submit to AI features — may be processed by our AI systems and sent to our third-party AI provider, Anthropic, Inc. If you choose to use optional selfie-based profile verification, your submitted selfie and profile photo may also be sent to Anthropic for automated comparison.

This data is used solely to generate AI responses for you. We do not sell this data. Anthropic’s privacy policy is available at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy.

3.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated content including suggestions, scores, and recommendations is for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for any content you choose to send or publish based on AI suggestions. Our AI Dating Coach is a virtual assistant and is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, attorney, financial advisor, or other professional advisor. Nothing generated by the AI Dating Coach constitutes professional advice of any kind.

3.4 Your Choice

AI-powered features are optional and only operate when those features are enabled and configured. You may choose not to use optional AI features.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Other Members

Your profile information — including your display name, photos, age, location (country/city), bio, and other profile fields you choose to complete — is visible to other registered members of LatinoThrill. Your email address, full name, and payment details are never shown to other members.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share data with third-party service providers when necessary to operate the Platform, including payment processors, email service providers, Anthropic for enabled AI-powered features, and InMotion Hosting for server infrastructure. These providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and our arrangements with them.

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LatinoThrill, our members, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

If LatinoThrill or Global Relocate USA LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our Platform.

4.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent, such as featuring your profile in promotional materials (see our Terms and Conditions, Section 5.2A).

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain security and integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Your profile is removed from public view immediately
Account-related information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to limited retention for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.
Member-uploaded photos and other media are deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to the same limited retention needs described above.
Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely

Selfie photos submitted for optional profile verification are stored privately while needed to perform the verification process and are deleted when the verification is approved or rejected, subject to any limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data via our Delete My Data page or by contacting us
Portability: Request an export of your personal data in a machine-readable format
Objection: Object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing
Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks.

Encrypted storage of passwords (bcrypt hashing)
Restricted access to personal data — only authorized staff can access sensitive information
Private storage for selfie photos submitted for optional profile verification, with direct public access blocked

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8.1 How Staff Access Message Content

We limit staff access to the content of member messages. Specifically:

By default, staff do not have a standing view of member-to-member message content. Our internal tools only surface conversations that are tied to a report filed by a member (for example, a harassment or scam report).
If a specific issue requires reviewing a conversation that has not been formally reported — such as a support request, a safety concern raised outside the reporting system, or a legal obligation — an authorized staff member may look up that specific conversation. Every such lookup requires a stated reason and is logged, including which staff member accessed it, which members’ conversation was viewed, the reason given, and the date and time of access.
Staff do not have a general-purpose tool to browse all member messages without a specific, logged reason for doing so.

This does not change what data we collect or how long we retain it (see Section 5, Data Retention) — it describes how internal access to that data is limited and tracked.

9. Children’s Privacy

LatinoThrill is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that account and all associated data immediately. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us at support@latinothrill.com.

10. International Data Transfers

LatinoThrill is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our Platform from outside the United States — including from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Australia — your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We take appropriate measures to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed, including through contractual safeguards with our service providers.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal basis for processing your personal data includes:
